Talking to your partners about your sexual health can seem scary, but it doesn't have to be! Talk through your fears, practice what you want to say, or get support right before or after your conversation. This package gives you 60 minutes of total support time to use completely on your own terms. You don't have to decide how to split it up right now! How you can mix and match your time: Intro Chat (15 mins) – Get grounded and map out a plan. Pre-Chat Prep (15 mins or 30 mins) – Practice the conversation and build your confidence. Intro + Pre-Chat Prep (45 mins) – Dive deep right before you talk to your partner. Post-Chat Debrief (15 mins or 30 mins) – A safe space to process how it went.
