This session provides a calm, safe, and entirely non-judgmental space for you and your partner(s) to process the news as a team. Together, we will cut through the anxiety, look at the facts, and help you figure out what this means for your relationship moving forward. What we can focus on during our 60 minutes: Processing the Diagnosis: Unpacking your initial reactions, fears, or misconceptions in a mediated space. Fact-Checking & Education: Getting clear, accurate answers about the virus to ease anxiety. Rewriting Your Intimacy: Navigating safer sex, protection, and keeping your sex life connected and fulfilling. Next Steps: Mapping out a supportive game plan for you both to move forward stronger.
